Climate change strategyAdding value is also Eureka’s vision when it comes to the environment. Eureka has certified NoCO2, or carbon neutral, with the Carbon Reduction Institute and is now able to offer carbon neutral products and services.
To earn NOCO2 certification, Eureka underwent a complete carbon footprint analysis with the Carbon Reduction Institute. This included calculating the emissions from electricity usage and staff travel; waste, fuel and flight emissions, as well as all embodied emissions in Eureka's assets and expenses. By investigating ways to lower their carbon footprint, purchasing carbon credits to offset any unavoidable carbon emissions, and undergoing regular emissions monitoring and re-auditing, Eureka can now claim to be a truly carbon neutral company.
